Through a generous gift from one of the members of our church, we have been able to purchase an annual movie license through CCVLI. This allows us to show movies in our church building and invite the public to come and watch! We began by showing movies geared towards children and youth such as Disney/Pixar movies and a Marvel movie. The adults in our congregation wanted to get in on the fun so we began showing adult movies as well. We’ve shown Just Mercy, The Shack and most recently we showed Contact starring Jodie Foster.

Generally our movie nights take place on the 4th Friday of each month beginning at 6:00 pm. We share a meal, fellowship and then we’ll watch the movie. Movie type snacks and popcorn will be available for dessert during the movie. Upcoming movies include the all female Ghostbusters and the comedy Spy starring Melissa McCarthy and the Barbie movie! We do ask for folks to let the church office know if you will be joining us. That allows us to plan for enough food to feed everyone who will come coming that night. While donations are welcomed, they are absolutely not necessary. Our attendees can park in the back of the church behind the gate.
