Working towards a future free from fear and oppression, we believe that prayer not only changes hearts but can also transform the world. Therefore we will be hosting a Prayer Vigil here at FCC as part of a New York Conference state-wide effort to call for Compassion not Cruelty. We will sing and pray in a sacred time for this state-wide effort to join with one another as we call for compassion for those living in fear.

Together we can raise awareness, as well as our voices, to help affirm the values of love, equality and peace. Serving as Beacons of Light for those in the shadows, together we declare Compassion not Cruelty.
